Senior Big Law partner specialising in debt finance with more than 30 years’ experience. Previously headed the Global Finance Practice at Shearman & Sterling and built a significant practice at Allen & Overy.

Lazar Radenovic

Co-founder & CEO

Second-time founder (exited) with more than 20 years’ experience in enterprise software. Previously co-founded Obsidian where, as CEO, he launched an enterprise SaaS platform used today by global asset managers overseeing more than $2tn in investments.

Oliver Cardozo

Commercial Lead

Over a decade selling technology into credit markets. Previously Head of Sales, Americas at 9fin, the credit intelligence platform, and Head of Sales at Apperio and Debt Explained (acquired by Reorg). Leads go-to-market at Olin.

Dunja Klisic

Head of Technology

Technology leader with more than 15 years’ experience building enterprise software on Microsoft .NET and Azure. As Head of Development at Obsidian, led the enterprise framework used by global asset managers and one of the fastest ETL platforms in financial services.

Jacqueline Punjabi

Legal Director

Former senior associate at Fried Frank advising on funds, real estate and leveraged finance, with secondments to Goldman Sachs' private credit team and Fried Frank in New York. Leads legal knowledge at Olin, shaping how the platform applies legal expertise.
